By requesting an appointment with CBJ Detail LLC, you agree to the service conditions below. These terms are intended to keep mobile detailing professional, realistic, and respectful for both the customer and the technician.
Quotes and final pricing
Published prices are starting points. Final pricing may change based on vehicle size, condition, stains, odor, pet hair, sand, oxidation, access, selected protection, and other job requirements.
Scheduling
Appointment times are estimates. CBJ Detail LLC may arrive earlier or later due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, access issues, vehicle condition, supply needs, or other mobile-service logistics.
Reschedule or cancellation
CBJ Detail LLC may reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary due to safety, weather, access limitations, equipment issues, inaccurate service information, or conditions that prevent professional service.
Utilities and access
For some appointments, CBJ Detail LLC may request reasonable access to water or a household electrical outlet. For early morning or evening work, outlet access may help avoid generator noise near neighbors.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, legal access to the service location, and removal of valuables or personal items from the vehicle before service begins.
Communication
By submitting the official CBJ Detail request form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from CBJ Detail LLC regarding your quote, appointment, service details, reminders, and follow-up. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
